Info on: Carl W. Huffman & Robert J. Richkin
Robert J. Richkin was born in New York city and began to compose poetry at
the age of fourteen when he became close friends with Ray and Bonnie Bremser
who brought him into the "Beat Scene".
He attended City College of New York before publishing his first poetry
magazine "The Great Society"
in 1966. His first only book "The Blind Receptionist" was published in 1978.
Since that time Robert's poetry has evolved to reflect his personal "Hero's
Journey" and deep need to connect with God and the people forgotten by God.
Carl W. Huffman was born in Steubenville Ohio (yes it's our fault Bush got
another four years). A student and close friend of Robert Richkin's he has
been a photographer for the last four years who's interest in poetry is
reflected in his art work. He believes the spoken word is complimented with
visual art.
